The messages your business should be sending, sent automatically.
Appointment reminders. Replies to enquiries that arrive at 9pm. Invoices chased without an awkward phone call. I set these up for independent businesses across Hampshire, and then they run on their own.
Run by Harry Templeton from Romsey. One-off setup, a small monthly fee to keep it running, and you can cancel whenever you like.
What I set up
Four things, because these are the four that most reliably pay for themselves. Each is built around the systems you already use — nothing is replaced, nothing needs learning.
Out-of-hours enquiry replies
Someone fills in your contact form on Saturday evening. They get an immediate, sensible reply with a realistic callback time, and the enquiry lands with whoever is on duty — instead of sitting until Monday.
Appointment reminders
An automatic text or email before every appointment, with an easy way to confirm or move it. No-shows drop, and the gaps that do appear turn up early enough to fill.
Recall and renewal reminders
MOTs, dental check-ups, eye tests, vaccinations, annual services. The customer hears from you at the right moment, every year, without anyone keeping a list.
Invoice chasing
Polite, automatic reminders as an invoice comes due and after it passes. Written to sound like you, not like a debt collector. You stop being the person who has to ring.
The monthly fee covers running it — monitoring, fixing anything that breaks, and small changes to wording, timings or who gets what. Building something genuinely new is quoted separately, so the fee stays predictable.
Up to 500 text messages a month are included. Above that they are charged at cost, and you will always be told before that happens.

How it works
-
A short conversation
Fifteen minutes on the phone or by email about what currently gets missed. No charge, no obligation.
-
A fixed quote
You get the price in writing before anything starts. It does not change afterwards.
-
I build it
Usually a few days. Built into the tools you already use, in accounts held in your name.
-
It runs
You get on with your work. I keep it working, and you can stop whenever you want.
Straight answers
Do I have to change my booking system or software?
No. Everything is built around what you already use.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your customer lists, message history and settings are yours, and I will send you
a copy at any time — including if you stop working with me.
What if it stops working?
Fixing faults is included. If something breaks and cannot be fixed within five working
days, that month is refunded.
Am I tied in?
No. There is no minimum term and no notice period. Cancel and you are not charged again.
Is VAT added?
No. Templeton Systems is not VAT registered, so the prices above are what you pay.
Worth a look at your setup?
Tell me what your business does and what tends to get missed. I will reply with a straight answer about whether any of this is worth your money — including if it is not.
